3. Transport of goods by ADOZ vehicle:

These prices already include the cost of ADOZ, s.r.o. spent on the way to the place of delivery.
 
 

All prices are excluding VAT.

If other than the above-given contractual carrier is required, carriage is charged according to a valid tariff of the carrier.

Freight charges for atypical or oversized shipments are calculated individually according to the applicable tariff of the respective carrier.

Carriage out of the Czech Rep. is calculated individually and the customer is obliged to check it in advance in our company.

No fee is charged for transport within regular ADOZ deliveries. *

The customer is obliged to check the goods delivered upon receipt. If any damage has occured, a complaint report must be drawn up with the appropriate carrier, provided with photo-documentation if possible. Without these particulars the transport complaint may not be settled.
Other particulars relating to a complaint are given in the General terms and conditions.

* This exemption (statement) is not applied to the transport of materials, semi-finished products and products within the engineering production.
