Tool management

New direction in cutting tool management, with  verifiable benefits to the partner
We bring to our business partners a solution for their specific demands.
In the spirit of this strategy we are able to both propose and realise cost- and operation-effective tool management systems.

Currently, there are numerous systems of the so-called Tool management (“TM”) available.
Our offer of cooperation regarding tool management is individual according to the particular situation and the production plant type. The basic prerequisite is the customer’s requirements. Thus, the proposed TM systems are in many aspects unique and differ from a “usually” offered system.

Summary:
A contractual system of services with minimum introductory expenses, stockless management, just-in-time delivery system, reduced production costs by the activation of productivity growth, stimulation of progressive free competition between cutting tool manufacturers – all without being dependent on the business partner.

  • Are you an engineering company utilising various cutting tool types?
  • Are you looking for other ways to make your production simpler and more effective?
  • Do you think your production costs may be further reduced?
  • If so, do not hesitate to contact us.
  • We will be pleased to visit you, make an analysis and propose a specific solution for you.

What will our partners gain?

  • Reduced capital locked-up in stock items up to 84 %,
  • Reduced labour costs for the preparation of tools up to 40 %,
  • Reduced costs in the purchase prices of tools up to 10 %,
  • Reduced costs thanks to productivity growth up to 33 % per CZK 1 of receipts.

Further, the designed systems do not bring dependence on a sole manufacturer of cutting tools; we are very particular about free competition between several renowned manufacturers. The individually designed systems aim to provide all the advantages of the TM without the risk of the above-mentioned dependence which often occurs in rival systems. The most important aspect influencing the decision-making is the customer and their experienced employees.

We focus on:

  • Stock management
  • Continuity of deliveries
  • Active support and productivity development
  • Design process control
  • Statistical evaluation of the situation

Possible modifications:

  • Cutting tools are owned by the user and the TM includes only paid technical services.
  • Cutting tools are owned by the company providing the TM, while the customer pays the so-called mixed price for their use.
  • Cutting tools are owned by the company providing the TM, and the services provided as well as the tool prices are charged for the part manufactured.
